MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Glen Ogden, M.D.

I am a lifelong resident of the Dallas–Fort Worth area and have been caring for children and families in Lewisville since 1993. I earned my medical degree from Texas Tech University, completed my internship at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and completed my pediatric residency at the University of California, Irvine. Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 1994, I bring decades of expertise and heartfelt care to every patient I serve. With a passion for pediatrics that spans every stage of childhood — from newborn care to guiding teens into adulthood — I have an attentive, compassionate approach. Families appreciate my efficient visits that never feel rushed and my commitment to creating a welcoming environment built on trust. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling to support my daughter, who competes in beach volleyball and is pursuing her Physician Assistant degree at the University of Texas at Austin.

Kathryn Levy, M.D.

I have been practicing general pediatrics for more than 32 years. A proud member of Lake Lewisville Pediatrics, I am passionate about quality of care and community health. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin and earned my medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. I completed my pediatric internship and residency at the University of Tennessee’s Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis. Board- certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, I blend exceptional medical expertise with a warm, personal touch. My focus is education. I believe you should feel informed as a parent and partner in care. Outside the clinic, I am a mom, gardener, and outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time with family and volunteering in the community.

Esteliz Gillett, DMSc, PA-C

I have been a Physician Assistant since 2006 and am passionate about helping families achieve lifelong wellness. My background in pediatrics and family medicine includes working with diverse cultures across Texas and abroad in New Zealand. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Tagalog, I also volunteer at a rural Guatemalan Mayan village clinic, Tabacal, where I provide free pediatric care and holistic health education. I earned her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2021, a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008, and a Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006. Additionally, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, integrating nutritional science with pediatric medicine to help families prevent chronic illnesses and promote optimal growth. Outside the office, I love spending time in nature with my husband and son — hiking, biking, scuba diving, pickleball ball and playing guitar. My son, a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and ROTC Scholar, graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2023.

Tammy Russell, CCS-P

I have more than 30 years of experience in medical practice management, billing, and compliance. As Practice Manager at Lake Lewisville Pediatrics, I oversee daily operations and ensure that every patient receives efficient, compassionate service. I enjoy spending time with my four daughters, two grandchildren, and three beloved pets. Outside the office, I often find myself hiking at Lewisville Lake, at the local gym, cheering on my daughter at soccer games, or working on DIY projects at home.

Our team of experienced nurses and front office professionals work to make every visit smooth and welcoming. We value dignity, confidentiality, and kindness in every interaction. The front office staff helps families with scheduling, insurance, and check-in/check-out needs. The nursing team provides phone triage, assists with physician visits, and ensures that every child feels safe and understood. We proudly offer Spanish-speaking staff to better serve our diverse community. Together, our staff and providers create a friendly, professional environment.

Dr. Ogden, Dr. Levy, and the PA are all wonderful practitioners. We’ve been patients of Dr. Ogden since 2020. He is always thorough and effective with the visits. My kids are comfortable at LLP. And they have a real trust for Dr. Ogden.
When we haven’t been able to get in with Dr. Ogden, we have seen the other practitioners there, and they are equally competent. The whole staff at the office is attentive and caring. We love Lake Lewisville Pediatrics.

I took my new born for the first visit last week, got a few instant formula bottles for the Dr as sample.
I fed the couple of them to the baby just to notice all the bottles were expired 3 months. Very negligent and careless behavior.

I highly recommend Esteliz as your pediatrician at this clinic. While all the doctors in the office are knowledgeable, friendly, and care about their patients; Esteliz goes above and beyond what even the best pediatricians do.

As a detailed-oriented person, I was looking for someone who had that same level of detail and thoroughness in their care. Esteliz takes her time in your appointments with your baby/toddler. She never rushes you and gladly answers all questions.

Esteliz’s advice not only focuses on the ‘medicine’ approach but also incorporates the holistic. I have learned so many useful tips about nutrition and lactation that have drastically helped both my baby/toddler and I (not to mention the whole family).

In terms of responsiveness, Esteliz is also top-notch. If you have a question for her, she makes sure she responds with both the answer and helpful advice to get you and your little one through whatever might be going on.

There’s honestly too many good qualities to list about Esteliz, but I’ll end with her bed-side manner. My little one enjoys seeing her so much. She is truly wonderful with children (parents too) and we are so lucky to have found her.

We don’t live close to this clinic, but drive multiple cities away in DFW traffic just to see her is completely worth it! We couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s definitely a gem!

Esteliz PA is absolutely wonderful. I’m a first time mommy and she is there for me night and day including holidays answering questions I come across. Jackson truly enjoys his visits because she handles him will tender love and care while singing his favorite song. Her voice calms him and brought me tears the first time she sang. I had this overwhelming feeling that my baby was in good hands. Her medical professional advice is so helpful and I feel that I’m a better mom because of it. She cares not only for Jacks health but for me and my family. I’m forever grateful for all that she has done for my son and look forward to all the years to come.

My grandkids use to go to this location but unfortunately this office decided that if the kids didn't get a covid shot they no longer would be able to keep them as patients. Protect your children. If you don't agree with your doctor leave. Always do research your doctor doesn't have the last word.

Absolutely incredible pediatrician office. They listen to your concerns and questions and take the time to answer them. The doctors care and Esteliz, the PA, is amazing. She is so comforting to new parents and you can tell she loves her job and the kids she takes care of! We lucked out finding this office.

Our experience at Lake Lewisville Pediatrics was excellent. Our doctor, Esteliz Gillett, provided us with the best care we'd ever been looking for. She is very patient, professional, and kind to our daughters. She also speaks Spanish, so we can communicate all our questions to her in our own language. She is a very caring person and always helps us find solutions to our ailments. Dr. Esteliz helps us find resources through nutrition to foster good habits and find natural ways to take care of ourselves. Highly recommended!

Goodness gracious! I cannot say enough about Lake Lewisville Pediatrics. My children have been patients of theirs for close to 8 years and they have been taken care of so well. Dr. Ogden is a dream and is truly a person I trust with the lives and future of my children. He is the most knowledgeable, patient, pediatrician!

I also have to take a moment and recognize someone who I believe is quite possibly the kindest person I’ve ever known. Her name is Esteliz Gillett and she is Dr. Ogden’s PA. She is a remarkable human being. My daughter was beginning to have body image issues and was self conscious about her body. I’m so thankful the staff at the office recommend we have a visit with PA, Ms. Gillett. This woman spent an hour with my daughter, building her up, giving tips and advice on healthy choices, and when we left, my daughter was feeling like she was on top of the world and could conquer ANYTHING. I literally bawled my eyes out at I listened to the loving words she was sharing with my girl. I swear, you’ll MEVER meet anyone like her.

If you’re looking for a pediatrician for your sweet kiddos, you can’t stop looking. This place is simply the BEST!!!!
